IRT PRESENTS THE WAY OF THE HORSE
The Way Of The Horse (TWOTH) is EQUITANA’s ultimate horsemanship challenge.
TWOTH showcases the skill of four invited trainers as they take unhandled New Zealand Warmbloods from wild to willing across the four days of EQUITANA Auckland.
TWOTH burst onto the scene at EQUITANA in 2017 and has well and truly become fan-favourite. This is the ultimate trans-tasman showdown, as you watch and learn from the best trainers in New Zealand and Australia in this educational horse starting competition.
EDUCATION
EQUITANA Auckland is pleased to present an exciting and innovative Education Programme in 2019.
Watch as local and international experts present displays, seminars, interactive question and answer sessions and training demonstrations which cover a range of disciplines and topics such as English and Western sports, equine health and care, natural therapies and horsemanship.
With more than 35 educators and 25 sessions a day across the event, there will be something for everybody!
COMPETITION
The EQUITANA Auckland team is working closely with equine sporting associations to create the highest quality competition available within New Zealand. This year EQUITANA will feature competitions including Grand Prix Jumping and Grand Prix Dressage among a comprehensive programme of other competitions.
