Where can I buy tickets for EQUITANA?

How much do tickets cost and are there any concessions available?

Are there ticket and accommodation packages available?

Yes there are. Travel packages and combined Travel and Super Ticket packages are available NOW! Visit our Travel Packages page or for more information.

What are the opening hours of EQUITANA?

Gates will open at 9:00am each day and are open until late.
The Trade Village is open from 9:00am until 5:30pm each day, however will close at 3:00pm on Sunday.

Where is EQUITANA being held?

The venue for EQUITANA in 2017 is the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland, New Zealand.

Is there parking at the grounds and what does it cost?

Parking is available across all days of the event at Alexandra Park (next door to the ASB Showgrounds). Carpark entrance and price will be confirmed shortly.

Limited parking can be found on surrounding streets and on Puriri Drive.

Weekend parking will be available at the Greenlane Clinical Centre across the road from Gate 1. This is a Wilson Carpark and standard parking rates apply.

Will food be available to purchase at the event?

Yes. There will be a wide range of food vendors at the event to cater for all dietary requirements.

Who are the stars at EQUITANA?

EQUITANA Auckland's Star Presenters are Eventing Master Andrew Nicholson (NZ), German Gold Medal Dressage Coach Jonny Hilberath (GER) and Horsemanship Legend John Lyons (USA).

Is EQUITANA suitable for young children?

Yes! EQUITANA is suitable for the whole family.

What should I wear to EQUITANA?

EQUITANA’s venue is both indoor and outdoor so it is best to dress suitable to the conditions in comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

How do I become an EQUITANA Volunteer?

Our volunteers are a valued part of our EQUITANA team, every year they help us make each day run smoothly. You must be over sixteen to participate in the Volunteer Team and places are hotly contested, so please put your application in early! For more information click here.
