Where can I buy tickets for EQUITANA?

What age is applicable for a child’s ticket?

Child prices apply to children 5 – 15 years of age. Children under 5 years are free for all ticket types, however, cannot occupy a seat for the Masterclasses and Evening Entertainment. Children under 5 years must be seated on the ticket holder adult’s lap. Prams are not permitted in the grandstand – prams must be left in the pram drop off area at the base of the grandstand.

Are there Wheelchair tickets available?

Yes. There are 16 Wheelchair seats Available in the Grandstand.

How much do tickets cost and are there any concession rates available?

Ticket prices are available on the “Tickets“page.
Concession tickets apply to New Zealand Superannuation or Veteran’s Pension, applies to a SuperGold card. Australian Concession applies to Aged Pensioners on a pension card and Disability Pensioners on the accredited Centrelink card. International/Student concession cards are not accepted. You will be required to show your concession card ID when your ticket is scanned at the event entrance.

Is there accommodation nearby?

Is there disabled access?

Yes, the event is disability-friendly

What are the opening hours of EQUITANA?

Gates will open at 8:30am each day and are open until late.
The Trade Village is open from 8:30 am until 6:00pm each day, however will close at 4:00pm on Sunday.

Where is EQUITANA being held?

The venue for EQUITANA in 2019 is the ASB Showgrounds in Auckland, New Zealand.

Is there parking at the grounds and what does it cost?

Yes, there is parking around the ASB Showgrounds each day and the Alexandra Park Raceway (adjacent to the ASB Showgrounds). Cost to be advised. On Saturday there is also parking available at the Cricket Ground opposite to the ASB Showgrounds. Further details still to come.

Can I buy food at the event?

Yes, you can. There will be a wide range of food vendors at the event to cater for all dietary requirements.

Yes! EQUITANA is suitable for the whole family.

What should I wear to EQUITANA?

EQUITANA’s venue is both indoor and outdoorm so it is best to dress suitably for the conditions in comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

Can I compete at EQUITANA?

EQUITANA will offer a range of elite level competitions during the event. To enter or express your interest please visit our “Competition” page. Most competition entries will open August 1.
